It is, however, a good investment to make. According to the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, adding a sunroom to your home pays back more than 70% of your investment.

When planning a sunroom consider how you are going to use the room. Will you entertain in it? Is is a hangout for the teenagers in the family? Sunrooms also make good exercise rooms.
