Tea Tree Oil to Treat Nail Fungus

Tea Tree Oil is supposed to work to remove nail fungus if it is used daily until the nail fungus is gone. It treats it by helping you grow healthy new nails. If you stop using it before the nail is completely grown out and the nail fungus is completely gone, it will come back. It should be applied after each bath or shower.

You can find tea tree oil at most health food and vitamins stores or at Trader Joes if you have one in your area.

Rumored Cures

Vick's Vapor Rub, vinegar, and Listerine mouth wash are all rumored to cure toe nail fungus. Like the Tea Tree Oil, it is common to need to apply it daily for a long period of time to eliminate the nail fungus.

Hydrogen Peroxide

Use 1 drop of hydrogen peroxide on the nail on a daily basis for a few days.
